Crochet Blanket with Bernat Blanket

This is my most recent FO (Finished Object), and I made it just for myself! I really enjoyed making it, and the final product is simple and oh-so-cosy!

I followed the free pattern found here at Yarnspirations, called Grey Scale Blanket. http://www.yarnspirations.com/patterns/grey-scale-blanket.html

It's made using Bernat Blanket, a super-bulky yarn that is thick and velvety soft. Using a smallish hook for the yarn - 8mm - and this pattern kept the blanket nice and tight, with no unseemly gaps :)

Anyway, it's a nice large throw/ small blanket, and I like my colours of dark brown with lilght brown and vintage white.
