Garage Sales in Aylmer

Ah, 'tis the season! Yep, spring is upon us in full swing, and so, too, are the garage sales.

I know it sounds lame to some, but for me, it's a nice social outing with friends, that costs next to nothing. We have it down to an art and trek around Aylmer in a two-car convoy. First, I usually go to Tim Horton's and take pictures of the garage sale signs before getting a cup of coffee to go. I do that around 6:30 or so. Then, back home, I look up the street names on Google Maps, so that I can more easily find the sales. We five of us meet up at one person's house, plan our route and hit the sales!

This week wasn't awesome, but at least I scored a Squatty Potty! Hilarious, but true. Someone had a stash of about six or seven of these, brand new, and for $5, one of them is now mine.
