This was the first gorgeous spring day this year - sunny, and almost hot with a high of 15 degrees Celsius. I only worked for a lunch hour today, and I pushed myself to get out for a run after work, after errands, in the afternoon.
I didn't exactly kill myself, but a short 4.5 km run is better than no run at all!
